Cash on Delivery (CoD) Restrictions

Cash on Delivery (CoD) may not be available in some areas due to logistic reasons. In such cases, we will inform you during the checkout process.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship to certain countries due to import regulations and restrictions. If you have any questions about shipping restrictions, please contact our customer service team.

Product Tags

The various product tags such as “In Stock”, “Available”, “Imported”, “Pre-owned”, “Pre-order”, and “Out of stock” signify the availability status of the product. “In Stock” means the product is available and ready to be shipped.

Available” means the product is available for purchase, but may not be in stock.

Imported” means the product is sourced from outside India.

Pre-owned” means the product has been previously owned.

Pre-order” means the product is not yet available, but can be pre-ordered.

Out of stock” means the product is currently out of stock, but will be available soon.

Exchange or Return of Goods

we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a product after purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return any product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, except for some products which may have an extended return window of up to 30 days. Please check the product page for details.

To ensure that your right to return or exchange is preserved, please make sure to keep the product in its original state. If the product is damaged or has decreased in value due to use, we may not be able to provide a full refund or exchange. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return or exchange process.

Missing components void return eligibility:

If you wish to return a product purchased from Craple online store, please make sure to have the following items

  • The product must be fully equipped with all its components.
  • A receipt from the WoodMart online store must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The warranty card must be included.
  • An act with a description of the defect, prepared by the service department, is required for the return.

Please note that if any of the components are missing, we will not be able to accept the return. Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund within the time frame stipulated by applicable laws.

If your order hasn't arrived yet, the first step is to check your order status on our website or through the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email. This will give you the most up-to-date information on your package's location and estimated delivery time. Do you deliver on public holidays?

We do not typically deliver on public holidays as our shipping partners are closed. However, you can check our website for any special holiday delivery schedules or updates.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

I Need to Return an Item: What is the Return Process?

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  4. Write our return address on the package: Shop No. 7, Dehradun Road, Rampur, Roorkee – 247667, Uttarakhand, India.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
  6. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.
  7. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
