Cleaning Method

• For your hourglass, polish brass and steel with a soft cloth, use brass cleaner for tarnish. Dust wood parts gently, and if needed, apply wood cleaner sparingly. Clean aluminum with a damp cloth and mild detergent, drying thoroughly afterward.

Moisture-Proofing 

• Protect your hourglass from excessive moisture. While brass, steel, and aluminum can withstand some humidity, wood may warp or crack, and metal components might tarnish under prolonged exposure.

Avoiding Chemicals

•  Keep the hourglass away from harsh chemicals and abrasives. These can damage the surface finishes and potentially affect the glass integrity.

• If you are unable to receive your product(s) at the time of delivery, they will be held for 3 days at the nearest delivery hub. If not claimed within this period, Craple reserves the right to either modify or cancel the order.
